Customer feedback
We offer a 14-day exchange and return period from the date of receipt of your product. You also have the right to exchange your order for another product of the same price, free of charge. If you return the entire order, we will refund the amount of the products and the shipping costs. We only accept returns of products purchased from the Professional Motor Ltd online store in accordance with our return policy.
Return conditions
We only accept returns/exchanges of products that are in perfect condition and in perfect condition. Products must be accompanied by the product labels and returned in their original packaging. We do not accept used, installed or washed products for return. Product packaging may be opened and features inspected without affecting the saleability of the product or packaging. Please do not mark the original packaging of the products.
Note! If the product has been used or the original packaging has been damaged, no returns will be accepted. In such cases, we will send the product(s) back to the customer without refund.
Instructions for making a return

We will process your return notification within approximately one working day and send you further instructions on how to return the product by email. Please do not send any products before we have responded to your return request so that your return is processed in a timely manner.
Please pack the return in the original box in which the order was delivered. Use the tracking number you received in the return instructions. Keep a receipt for the return shipment.
Refund of money
We will refund the price of returned products once we have received and processed your return. The normal processing time for returns is around two weeks, although at busier times it may be slightly longer. Your money will be refunded to the payment method you used when you placed your order. A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
